customer set as NET 30 Quick Term
want to refund an order
i got ask if customer get a store credit
whatever i select yes or no customer will get the credit

I have a vague memory of something like this that was fixed.  Did you update version 13 about a week ago.  Everyone with version 13 was sent an update.  I tried it here and it worked.  So, I'll send you the update incase you didn't get it.  It's going to your oem4life..... email.

OK, after reading your post 10 times I finally noticed you are using something different, "Quick Terms".  This is an option that can be set in a customers record.  It will by-pass the payment window and directly set a sale to Terms.  Using Quick Terms means you can not use store credit or any other payment option.  Sorry I didn't catch that from the beginning.

because all our 500 and mores customer are setup that way would it be possible to make an update so we have the possibility of offer refund,

No, the whole payment window is by-passed by the Quick Terms.
