Deposit / layaway receipt

Hi - using this brilliant piece of software and still trying to navigate my way around and so far have two queries:
1 when using the deposit layaway as method of payment the standard receipt is issues - how do you make the deposit layaway one print instead - as message is different.
2 Can a message be added to gift receipt as in terms?
