Hi,

Using V14

Would like some advice on caller ID, how o set it up and the best way to use it.

Connect a Whozz Calling box to a serial port on the computer.  In the Settings / Printer & Equipment window enter the serial port# being used.  In the Settings / General, select "After Sales Open: Caller ID window".  The software will listen for calls in the sales window.  When a call comes in it will get the phone# and open the customer account that matches the phone#.
