Hi I have the customer pole display installed but it does not show the total for the customers the cashier still have to tell the customer what is the total. How can we solve this?

What type is it?  We may not support it.  Does it show the two lines correctly everywhere else?

let me correct that the total comes up after the sale is closed and the drawer opens . what I want is the subtotal to show before you finish the transaction.

Ronald found it I have to select the payment type and the total come up then.If there is another way let me know but thanks.
