Negative Invetory Balance

Hi Ronald,

What could possibly be causing my inventory to report negative balances on some items, while every of the item have more than one on shelf.  OUT OF STOCK HOLD is checked and OUT OF STOCK WARNING is also checked.  Low inventory warning is also.  What I am doing or not doing?  Thanks...

Hi Ronald,

I really do need your help and suggestions with this issue.  I have to constantly correct balances on several items up five pages long sometimes and would still be seeing negative balances after a couple of days.  PLEASE ANYONE, ANY SUGGESTIONS...

You can send us your database and I'll check it.  I'll look through the activity log to see what is happening.  Zip up the "ezp" folder and email it to support.

Selling product causes inventory to decrease. If additional product is not received through the PO system as it is acquired then inventory could display as negative.
