All software purchases are licensed to a single business location. The software license is non-transferable.

Shipping Methods

We will ship, FREE of charge, to the continental US (Additional charge for Alaska shipments). Items will ship to arrive in 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted or the product is out of stock. We pride ourselves in the speedy handling of orders, and customers are often surprised at how quickly they received their products. Free shipping does not apply for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, as they must ship air. If you are shipping to one of these locations, selecting 'Free Shipping' will delay your order as we must contact you for approval of the shipping charge. All orders placed before 6:00 PM EST will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. If there is going to be a delay shipping your order(such as being out of stock), we will contact you with the expected ship date. We insure all of our customers' packages and use UPS and FedEx for most shipments. We also offer expedited 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. These are based on business days and FedEx and UPS operating schedules. For on account shipments or Saturday delivery, please contact us by phone to order. Holiday shipping schedules also impact shipments. If you have any questions about how best to ship a product, feel free to call and we'll be glad to help.

Payment Methods Accepted

We accept VISA and MASTER with a verifiable United States billing address. You can also use your banks CHECK CARD provided this card is one of the card types listed. Your credit card will not be charged until product availability is confirmed and your order has shipped. While we guarantee that your transaction online will be 100% safe and secure

We are always reviewing ways to make ordering more convenient for our customers. You can order securely online anytime. We guarantee your transaction to be 100% secure and safe. You can also place your order by phone (9am to 7pm Monday-Friday). You can also specify that we contact you for payment information. If you specify that we contact you for payment, a member of customer service will call, as requested.

Return Policy

DOA/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS
On rare occasions customers may receive a DOA (Dead on Arrival) product. Defective products must be reported within 10 business days of receipt. We offer free technical support. The majority of the times, these issues are related to a misconfiguration or other technical issue. Item(s) not being compatible are not considered defective/DOA. In the event that tech support determines the product is defective, we will require a cross shipment guarantee to be completed and faxed back to us. We will then ship a replacement product with either a return label or we will send UPS to pick the item up. Please pack the item in the same way as you received it, with all required components, manuals, etc. The product will be tested and inspected upon return. If the item is not defective, a diagnosis charge and return fee of up to 10% of the purchase price may apply. Beyond the allowed DOA period, the manufacturer's warranty takes effect. All warranties are carried out directly through the manufacturer of the product. Feel free to contact us for manufacturer contact information if needed. If you have any problems getting warranty assistance from the manufacturer, please let us know. We'll do all we can to help.

NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS
We strive to make your purchase quick, accurate, and easy. It is important to verify an item is compatible with your software prior to ordering it. We will not accept return of products after 20 days. Returns are costly for us to handle, and often returned items cannot be resold as new. We only hope to offset this expense on a per case basis, versus increasing prices substantially for everyone. ALL returns require a return authorization number (RMA#) from customer service. To insure the quality of product customers receive, Denver Research will only accept returns that are 100% complete and in NEW, UNUSED condition.

Factory sealed returns are subject to a 5% restock fee or $10 per item, whichever is greater.

Open box returns are subject to a 10% fee or $20 per item, whichever is greater. The item(s) must still be in COMPLETE, NEW and UNUSED condition.

No shipping charges will be reimbursed.

Failure to return the item(s) in the COMPLETE original packaging will result in refusal. This includes any external boxes used, manuals, disks, accessories, packing materials, and said packaging is not damaged, marked or otherwise not acceptable for resale.

All returns are inspected upon return. This process can take a couple of weeks. Please allow 2-4 weeks from the return date for credit to be issued.

Software, consumable supplies (paper, ribbons, ink cartridges, etc.), special order items and parts are non-returnable/non-refundable. Special order items are any items not available at our online store. Please make your selections for these items carefully. Most software has a demo version available, which we recommend you review prior to purchasing the software.

Holiday Season Shipping:

As you know, the holidays can overwhelm the major shipping companies. Our carriers (UPS and FedEx) do not guarantee any ground shipments to arrive on schedule. This means our standard 3-5 day free shipping may arrive a couple of days late, even though we ship it out same day. We will do all we can on our end to get shipments processed quickly to help offset this as much as possible. However, we can only do so much during the holidays. For urgent shipments, we recommend overnight or 2nd day air service.

Price / Website Accuracy

We make a best effort to keep the information on our site accurate. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event a price is found to be incorrect, or a product is not accurately depicted (features, etc.) we will contact the customer to inform them of this. All information is believed to be accurate, but is not guaranteed.
