:: Deleting Payment without Security ::

Just got this problem and not sure how to fix this!

Customer Makes a payment: Click on the receipt number:

Now second line from bottom: Cash, click that:

There is payment window that comes up, in the middle there is a rubbish bin picture:

Click that and the Payment gets deleted from system without asking for any password:

Immediately after that the sale is open and can be edited, deleted, cleared what ever you wish basically.

I have set the security password to ON and the Edit Sale or Void Sale are set to Admin but still in this process a sale can be deleted without any passwords. is there something in the security window I haven't set or is this a loop hole needs to be fixed?

OK, I figured out what you are looking at.  In the sales window, where all the information about a sale is listed you can click on a payment that has been applied to the sale.  This will open a window that allows you to print a copy of the payment or delete the payment.  I will check the security settings to see how to control this.

It's called "Delete Payment" in the Security window

Delete Payment was set to Admin already but still people with Lower Security Setting can delete the payment.

Any other ideas ?

Nope, you only need security turned on and someone with a high enough security level logged it.

I personally loged in using a lesser security level and it actually still doesn't stops me deleting this.

And I checked Security is ON.

Anybody else has this issue?
