What printer offers the cheapest colour printing?

I am looking to start up a small business to compliment my normal job and would need a printer to print work in full colour. I would be printing small tags and logos and would need to print a few sheets of a4 at a time. However, I would need inexpensive inks to maximise profitability.Which desktop printer offers cheap inks. Epsom offers expensive printers, but inks appear cheaper than Lexmar for example which are expensive. So the question is which printer will do the job?
