Arrange function buttons and user 1, user 2

How to lock Tools >>Arrange function buttons , only admin can use it

And what is user 1 and user 2

To use the Arrange Function Buttons the user has to be a Manager.  That function is only inside the Managers window.
With the User1 and User2 functions you can open an application or website.  In the Settings / General you can select the application or website.

i do not see Arrange function buttons inside the security control

just a suggestion, is it ok to add Tools >> Arrange function buttons inside here Manager >> Settings >> Security Control ?

Ausad, I've just made sure that any user I do NOT want to use the Manger Control window has security access LESS than "Manager" level, i.e., "Cashier" or "Employee" or "Lowest". 

If you currently have someone with status of "Manager" (as set in the Employee window), and you don't want them to mess around with how you have the Function buttons set up, I think you just need to move their status to anything below "Manager", rather than changing anything in the Security Control settings.
