Discount after total

I want to give discount to certain regular customer. How can I discount after the amount total? At the moment, I have to press discount for every item one by one. So if she purchased 20 items, I have to individual select and give discount 20 times. Pls advise.

There is a discount for the entire sale.  You need to put this button on the sales screen.  In the Managers window use the Tools / Arrange Function Buttons.  There are about 80 functions you can pick from.  You want the Discount button which looks like a paper page with a large %.

You can create a product for discounting a fixed amount or have the product ask how much to discount.  Create a product and change Sell to Coupon.  Use the Price Prompt in your case to get the amount of the discount.  The product can be used as a Favorite button or added to the Favorites menu.
