scan sound

I am having a problem with a beep/sound while scanning any item. when I scan an item/product  it gave  the similar sound/beep either the item is scanned or not.

We used to have 2 different sound.

One when Item is scanned and the different sound when the item/product was not scanned for any reason.

Please advise.

We are using the ezppower 14.

What changed that could have caused a change in sound?

I don't know.  It plays a standard sound built into Windows.  You can have a Quick Add window open if nothing is found.  Use the Settings / General to start using Quick Add.
