For email report - just setup info in Settings >> Email Setup and then type email address in Setting >> Remote report settings and choose 5 types then click Tools >> Email Report or Reports >> Remote ? Software does not say any error

the steps i did, Is that correct? Thanks

Open the DR14 / email folder.  There is an error text file there.
