Can we use this model printer with ezpower Restaurant Version 13.580

The only thing compared to the old generic printer is it prints every transaction whereas the old generic would only print when we told it to which is a setting in the software as you know.
Is there something we are missing

Set the Print Copies to zero (Settings / Printer & Equipment).
Open the Settings / General, and check either Show Change Window or Show Print Option.  Either one will offer you the option to print.
