Operating System Upgrade

Hi Ronald,

We are upgrading the Operating system on our Main PC from Windows XP to Windows 7, which requires a clean install, can you please advise how to back up our Version 14 and re-install once new OS is installed.

Make a backup copy of the ezp folder fist.
In the software open the Help window.  Click on the Database button.  The DR14 window will open.  Inside that window copy the "ezp" folder.  All the database files are located here.  After installing the software open the DR14 folder the same way and replace the ezp folder with your backup copy.
