Sales drop off navigate window
« on: August 02, 2015, 01:56:34 AM »
I have noticed that when there are many, many sales in one session (for example when customers purchase drinks at the bar-we are a restaurant) some of the open sales drop off the navigate window. This freaks the cashier out. The only way to find them is to do a sales search. I am using Version 12 under the business name of Java Spice. Any clues?

The Navigation window pane is only for showing the most recent sales for quick access.  If you have 100's of open sales use either the Find Sale or the Bar Tab window.

Is there any facility in the Find Sale window to add table number in the searchable fields? That would make it easier to find the sale. Sometimes (walk in customers) we don't record the customer's name.

Not until version 14 was the table added to that screen.
