"Lost" Suspend Button

I deselected the SUSPEND button from the Tools/Arrange Function Buttons menu, and now I can't find the icon in the range of choices.

Is there any way to recover the Suspend Icon?

Open the Managers window.  Use the menu Tools / Arrange Function Buttons to find the button Send Order.  The button changes it label depending on the status of the ticket.
