Onscreen Keyboard

Trying to use onscreen keyboard - says onscreen keyboard file not found

OSK.exe is installed on this computer

Our software 'ask' Windows to open the OSK.  Where is the OSK file located because it sounds like Windows can't find it?

I had the similar issue, hence why I went with a real keyboard.  Much easier too to have it there, I highly recommend having an actual keyboard and mouse to use in conjunction with the touchscreen.

FYI - the current version of 13 comes with it's own OSK installed.

I ended up installing Freevirtualkeyboard.com into the main directory which resolved the issue
