Z-Out Problems

We have been having a problem with out laser scanner scanning while we are trying to Z-out.  It makes the z report print incomplete and we cant find a way to reprint the reports.  Is there a way to reprint the complete zout report? We found the Z History but that doesnt give us the same thing as the Z report.

What effect would the scanner have on a report?  The z-out history and other reports will show everything except the drawer count.
