Default Markup %

Hello...in the Help documentation it says that you can set a default markup% for a Category. It doesn't however explain how to do that and I've looked at every setting I can find. Can you tell me how that is done?

Sorry, I had to do a little research.  That was a feature that was removed years ago.  We've removed the reference in the Help document.
