inventory issue

We have V.13 , can you explain us how the inventory system work
lets say
stock = 0
order point = 0
order qty = 1

so order point should be trigered right , but i dont see it when using inventory control ...
please explain

That information is used by the Purchase Order functions to create an order list for you.
