Upgrade to New Version

Hello,

I would like to upgrade to latest version. Mine is EZP network V.9. (Essentials Drug Store). Please give instructions.

Got a problem with my upgrade.

1. It automatically prints invoice even i set it to not print in printer and equipment setup.
2. I asks for payment type even unticked in general setup.
3. Always show change window even if unticked in general setup.

Please advise

I've run into that when copying the settings files from different versions.  You should not do that.  I recommend opening the Help window and click on the Database button.  Close the program.  In the window that remains, open the 'ezp' folder and drag out (delete) the Retail.pos file.  Start the program again.  The settings will be at their defaults.
