Printing Quotes

Hello

Is there a way to print a quote in a list format (8 1/2 X 11) rather than as a roll reciept?

Yes.  Use one of the printers 2-5.  Set it to Invoice List format.  Then when you want to print the quote use the File / Print #2.

Hi Ronald

This prints an invoice...it does not say "Quote".  I am saving the transaction as a quote and then when I try to print it an invoice is printed.  Am I missing a step somewhere?  This happens if I pull up a saved quote to the sales screen too.

The Print Quote function will use format (Roll or Invoice) set in Printer#1.
