Doesn't happen often but

Doesn't happen often but we have a sales order locked and can't finish.  It is not on any screen and we have shut down all workstations and server and still getting message that it appears to be open on another screen.  Is there a way to unlock?

Did you have any computer crashes?  Quit the program on the server and delete the file "User.ezp" in the ezp folder.

That should work.  Open the Help window and click on the Database button.  This will open a window.  Open the ezp folder to find the User.ezp file inside.
