Sending reports to our cell phone was working just fine - Then one day nothing. What do we have to do to get reports if we are not and don't want to use an app?

That requires a scale that prints labels.  The software can read the barcode with a price or weight printed on the label.

It's not automatic.  The inventory information is updated when using the Publish function.

Customer goes to counter and cashier puts it on scale and print it out and stick on plastic bag and then go to another cashier to pay it. How to do like this - file attached

after finish a sale then go to WebGen and Click Publish to web host? is it Sync live inventory automatic? or have to it manually by click webgen

The way it works is PayPal sends an email to you.  From there you enter the sale into ezPower.  It's not automatic.
