I've run into Windows 10 blocking apps from being installed.  This is what helped me.  Open:
the Settings windows and search for "Reputation-based protection".

Here is the full path "Settings / Update & Security / Windows Security / App & Browser Control / Reputation-based protection".

I turned off these and was then able to download and install apps.  After installing I turned them them back on.  I've attached a screen shot of the window.

For the slide show on the customer display screen, what size do my images need to be to fit the whole screen? At the moment there is lots of white space on the screen. Thanks in advance. Mark

I haven't looked at the tablet market in awhile.  A few years ago I got a ASUS tablet on clearance for $80.  I wanted to test our software running the Network version.  It was running Windows 8.1 and was the slowest cheapest tablet I could find.  It worked great but a little slow.  Anything running Windows 10 should be fine.

Try using a ftp program to upload the files.
Open the Help window and click on the Database button.  A window will open.  All the WebGen files to upload are located inside the WebGen folder.

Were any files uploaded?
If yes, then it could be it timed out?
If no, then it must be username, password, base address, port, etc.. Or, make sure the POS.exe has permission to access the internet on your computer.  Does you server allow ftp's?  Try doing an ftp in something else.

You should see the reports updated.
The subscription status will always be visible in the Remote Report Settings (bottom of window).
