Try this.  Open the path to the email folder "C:\Users\Public\Documents\DR14\Email".  Inside you'll see some files.  Open the "body.txt".  That contains the body of the email.  On my test it looks like this with CR's all there:

xxxxxx Store Address

Drawer #1 X-Out

What exact procedure are you doing to email the z report?

Did you figure it out?  I've attached two pdf files with my test.

I did a test print with styles #1,4 & 5 it prints the same full 3" width?
In the Settings / Printer Options check the "Paper Roll Width (inches)".

Yes, I believe so for version 14.  At least the setting were fine for gmail.  We've had some problems with google blocking the emails we want to recieve.

If you search by a supplier you will only see that supplier and won't see other suppliers.
If you search by a description you will see all the options.

X-out is the same as a Z-out only it's just for viewing.  It's not recorded.
You can view past z-outs in the Reports window under the Payments menu.

There was no issue with v13 doing a z-out.  It's always something else like in your case where there are other problems.  I would send you the last build of 13.8x but it's not going to work on XP.

I wouldn't update to 14 while still using XP.  Otherwise 14 is way better.

Go to the Help / About.  Make sure all the computers are running the same version#.  There was no problem with doing the z-out under normal opperation.

Also, it could be the Anti-virus / security software is scanning all the data exchanges which is causing the z-out to run slow.  Make sure the POS.exe has full access privileges on the new computer.

This is the 10 year old program and database that was running slow?
My guess is it's just taking a long time to z-out.  Open the "View Optimize Points" to double check how far back the z-out is trying to go.
