Check the Settings / Payment Methods. The Open drawer boxes should be set. Otherwise, that is all the settings.

Check the documentation the manufacturer provides. Look for a virtual serial port driver for its USB. A library should be provided, again, have a look at the documentation. It must work as a Serial or COM port.

Most likely, if the cash register is connected to the printer open the Settings / Printer & Equipment. Select "Open Connected to Printer".

The data is stored in the C:\Users\Public\Documents\DR14
The database is the ezp folder. The Pics folder has any images you may use. The LocalFileNames has settings. Everything else is created during install.

You can't just connect to a EFTPOS machine without going through a processor. It would have to be with Smartpay but if your volume is to low that's up to them. When have you last talked to them?

In the Product Edit window there is a field that says Date. This is a date for this sku. In the reports window use the Inventory / Expired List to view a expired products. The date is for the whole sku and not for a individual products.

When you enter the amount make sure there are no commas. I believe that throws it off. Just type 1234.56

Open the Remote Report Settings. A z-out report can be setup to be emailed automatically. You will also need to do the Email Setup.

FYI - There's a lot to it. The sales export saves a lot more information than sales. It saves a copy of modifiers, customers and other information. I saw that the date function was turned off. I'll send you a link with it activated.
The New Sales export marks a sale when used. Only the New Sales export marks sales. Once it's marked it will not be exported by New Sales again.

I'm guessing there is a problem with the reported dpi setting. Maybe it's wrong in the driver?
