Yes, we have gone to sound files for just that reason. The older versions did not use sound files. It used to be simple to use the standard sounds in Windows. But with so many sound options that's not the case anymore.

I would copy the "ezp" folder. That is were all the data is stored. You can see where the ezp is located in the Help window. At the bottom of the window is a path to the ezp.

I have a vague memory of something like this that was fixed. Did you update version 13 about a week ago. Everyone with version 13 was sent an update. I tried it here and it worked. So, I'll send you the update incase you didn't get it. It's going to your oem4life..... email.

I sent you the very latest version that I use and voids go through no problem. Just run the update and let me know. FYI - I only read the forum once or twice a day. I get my emails all the time. - Ronald

When voiding a sale you should get warning window and then a black window will open to process the void. After the black window goes away the sale should show zero and all the products returned to inventory.
Suggestion: Payment Methods window only check Credit Card and/or Debit Card. Do not check Visa, MC ....
I talked to you about the drawer. I don't know why it's not opening. The only settings you need are:
1 - Settings / Printer & Equipment, Drawer: Open Connect to Printer
2 - Payment Methods window: Check boxes under Open Drawer
Do you hear clicking? Like it's trying to open?
The Sales Monitor window will not open at all, it's all empty and big hand slaps you? Please explain.

OK, I figured out what you are looking at. In the sales window, where all the information about a sale is listed you can click on a payment that has been applied to the sale. This will open a window that allows you to print a copy of the payment or delete the payment. I will check the security settings to see how to control this.

Open the Settings / Payment Methods and make sure the Open Drawer check boxes are set. Also, check the Settings / Printer & Equipment. It should say Drawer: Open Connected to Printer.

With the kits, each product is taxed based on it's tax setting.
