I do retail sales, all sales are paid in full at time of purchase.
When I run a customer balance, I have a list of cutomers with credits and balances that should not be there.
Also some customers with credits/balances listed do not reset when running "Reset Custome Balance"
Also the heading on the list for balance amount reads "Phone".
How does this happen?

I have two addresses to pick from, tried both.
My service is Verizon FIOS, not Verizon cellular.

Tried your settings and the gmail suggested settings, no luck
Also tried using Outlook settings with Verizon - nothing.

Keep getting "Couldn't connect to server!" error.

I've tried to set up EzPos email with the settings for POP3 email for Gmail (I have enabled POP in Gmail settings) and it doesn't want to work.
Is there some magic to this or is it not compatible?

Is it possible to use the kit function to make a kit that has one part exchanged for another and have that part returned to stock?
i.e. : Kit X comes standard with Part A, By exchanging Part A for Part B it becomes Kit Y and Part A is returned to stock for resale.

The order was generated using the new purchase order function, only in stock items were orderd, the entire order arrived with no backorders, order was received with the receive order function and nothing was updated in the inventory. This order consisted of some 60 items that I need to get into stock and I have another order coming today with another 60 items. This is rapidly turning into a disaster and needs to be resolved. The only saving grace is that the store is only open Fri. - Sun. and I (we) have 36 hours to un-screw this.

I am not using the backorder field, nothing is listed as backordered, everything is listed as received after save, but inventory is not updated. I am not changing the order after it is created.
