When in the main screen at the top is the list of depts. You push one and the list of category's shows up on the left side of the screen. When you push any one of the category's the whole list does not show up on the screen. The up and down arrows are not lit saying that is all there is. When you do push a category that the arrows do light up they don't work - meaning they don't bring up more of the list.

Why is there limits? Many people use this program for different uses and I can't understand why there is any kind of limits for what we put into the POS? You didn't answer on how to export the Entire list at one time.

You can do this by putting in a price on price 4 or 5 or 6. In the product window go to options and check ask price. This will get what you need. I do this at the drive thru for 2 for 1 pop and other things.

When I export products it doesn't export the ENTIRE list. The products in "Search next group" is not included in the list. So you have to list the next group and export that as well. I would like the "next group"  taken out and have 1 whole list.  I would like to know step by step on how to use Excell to change products and be able to import them back into the POS. Excell strips the leading zero's so when put back into the POS none of the products can be scanned. OR if there is another program that will do this.

This happens AFTER the credit card window comes up and before you are supposed to swipe the card. I know because it has happened to me.

It takes at the most  20 sec. to do a credit card transaction. When we swipe a card and it freezes it lasts more than 20 minutes - that's the longest we have waited for it to complete before shuting down the whole program and starting over.

We are using 13.787 General Retail. The processor is charge it pro. It doesn't even get to the processor   It freezes instantly.

We updated to Version 13 and every so often when we swipe a credit card it freezes the whole program. So we have to close the whole program and start over. This is very time consuming and angers a lot of our customers that are waiting in line while we fix it. Is there a fix for this??

It worked !!! I went to Settings - receipt messages -receipt footer/ terms. The first time I did it I just typed in Customer Signature -space- Then dotted lines. I did a sale and printed out a receipt and the line Customer Signature was right underneath the date. So I went back in and spaced the line customer signature and ran another sale. The printed receipt was just what I wanted. We ask customers if they want a receipt and 99% say no. The only time I print and have the customer sign is when the sale is over $50.00.

Ronald needs to check the spelling of receipt on the footer terms page - he has it spelled both ways - receipt -reciept.
