I'm running back office Ver 14. Since the info is supposed to be the same on both computers - why can't I do a Z-out from the back office?

When in the main screen at the top is the list of depts. You push one and the list of category's shows up on the left side of the screen. When you push any one of the category's the whole list does not show up on the screen. The up and down arrows are not lit saying that is all there is. When you do push a category that the arrows do light up they don't work - meaning they don't bring up more of the list.

When I export products it doesn't export the ENTIRE list. The products in "Search next group" is not included in the list. So you have to list the next group and export that as well. I would like the "next group" taken out and have 1 whole list. I would like to know step by step on how to use Excell to change products and be able to import them back into the POS. Excell strips the leading zero's so when put back into the POS none of the products can be scanned. OR if there is another program that will do this.

We updated to Version 13 and every so often when we swipe a credit card it freezes the whole program. So we have to close the whole program and start over. This is very time consuming and angers a lot of our customers that are waiting in line while we fix it. Is there a fix for this??

How do we print out a receipt that customers sign for orders over a certain dollar amount. Is this area people are stealing credit cards and using them at our store. So anything over $50.00 I'm asking the customer to sign the receipt and then check their driver license. As of now the receipt just has the products purchased but no where for a signature.

The credit card co. that is processing our credit cards are killing us in fee's. How do I change the settings to accept the new credit card processor and delete the old one? I am using pccharge pro.

I have a customer base set up and all the movies are in the products. Now I can rent a movie but how do I get the system to know when the movie is brought back?
