Hi, Just setting up cloud remote services on my pos, in the store set up under cloud report settings for this store: view reports on phone or browser   see address? after having paid the subscription fee, iam still waiting for confirmation email. How do i get the Web Address?
I take it that i must load the program onto the other computer that i want to view the reports or make changes on.
Do i have to update my program first or will it do the updates once this is all sorted?

P/S are there any plans for adding automatic card surcharges to the program?

Hi Ronald,
With the  total sales points ; is their a way for a prompt on point redeem total,without being tried to products redeem values so i can select only the voucher/ coupon for redeeming.
At the moment the only product that i have set a redeem value for  is the coupon for movie tickets. Its set at 150 points . Is there a way for a popup window that askes if the customer wants to redeem points once they have reached the set value without being tied to any set product?

Have fixed issue with Dual Screen, now setting up receipt email with gmail.
Have set up by all above but i get an error message  about
and the email will not function.
This issue is with V14 EZYPOS on Windows 7 pos ready pos machine/pc
Any ideas?

Hi Ronald,
iam using v14 on win xp pro, our printer started printing by header first then cutting it follow by the balance of the receipt after leaving 5cm of empty space on the docket.
Have looked at the setting in the program and the dip switches and nothing has changed, am at a lost how to correct it. The printer is POS-80C EPSON program and was from microtrade in australia, as MPOS-2201. Any ideas? Thanks Mark Cartridgefix.
P/S Have fixed the dual screen problem thanks for that.

Hi ,
Thanks for your suggestion, but i found the answer. Now have it working find, thanks again.Just didn't think that it was a simple thing, like sliding off the screen and it appearing on the customer display. Always learning new things, happy now :)

Hi ,
I have done all that already, but i still can not see the second screen, from the pos developer, he told the following;
"If the customer display screen lights up, then it is not a hardware issue.

If you cannot drag a screen across to the customer display monitor, that means that your windows display settings (to get to it, right click on the windows desktop and select Screen resolution) are set to the default "Duplicate on Both Displays". You will need to change your Display Settings to "Extend These Displays".

Also, if the the setting is set to "Extend These Displays" then it may be something you may need to change in your software. I would refer back to your software provider for those instructions."

The above is all set correct.The pole sales screen appears on the main screen, but how can i drag it if i can find the customer window to drag into, is there some other settings or actions i need to set up first.
I think i need more detailed directions as i can not see how to make this happen. Any more ideas?

I have upgraded my pos with a window 7 pos ready dual screan.
Have followed the manual directions to set up but it asks me to drag a display to the window.
As it is a dual set up , and i can't see where to drag anything, what must i do to have this function work?
Iam running V14 EZPOS on this machine and have transferred all customer and product data. Is there something in windows 7 i need to do or not.

In order to use the Cloud/Remote services i have to have the ezpos V.14 PROGRAM on all computers. Do all operating systems have to be the same as Win7/Win7 or will it work with WinXP PRO/Win7.
Can i use the same download file to put in the other computers for the cloud/remote function?
Will be relocating and changing Business Name in next few months, we have the early V.14, should we wait to make the changes all at once?
Are their any functions that will not work on WIN XP PRO or is it best to upgrade POS Computer hard drive unit first?

With the clould/remote services; do i need the retail pos promgram on my home computer to be able to remote update products or is it done via a web link? Are their any special requirements at my home computer end i need to install first?

Hi Ronald,
I now have a working format for the movie points rewards, its abit of a long way around but now works. Fixed the problem, of the double points issues.
Is the Remote cloud service availible for Australia?

i have set the conversion rate to 1 for 1 pt = $1 , however for some reason i get 600pts.
What setting should i use for customer type?
or can it be something else? It offers to redeem points now that i set the points value to the $ sale price and the redeem rate to 300, but gives me 600 points
Any ideas?
