Title: pay rate

how do i set a pay rate of 10,50$ an hour, seem to only work with no decimal

Try using a "." decimal or a "," comma.  If your computer is set to use "," commas then use them.  It should use the format your country/computer is set to.  If it's not let me know.  Set the format for your countries date and currency in the Windows Control Panel / Regional & Language Options.
