Title: PROBLEMS WHEN UPLOADING FILES

HI ,IN NEED OF HELP ,BEEN TRANSFERRING INVEMTRY OVER VIA EXCEL(TAB) ,WHATS HAPPENING IS IT TRANSFERS OVER OK ,BUT MISSES ITEMS OUT ,ALSO IT WILL LOAD A FULL SECTION OVER BUT WHEN I PUT ANOTHER SECTION OVER IT AS LOST SOME FF THE PREVIOUS ONE ,CAN ANYONE HELP WITH WHAT THE PROBLEM IS ,THANKS

I can only guess.  Check to make sure all the products have item#'s.  And duplicate item#'s will just replace the product.

hi ,there are items that are the same ,but they are in a different category because they are as a example one is a xbox 30 game ,the other is a ps3 game but the same title  ,how do i get round this ,regards starpicks

The only field that must be unique is the Item#.  All the other fields can be the same.
