Title: Printing Packing Lists

How do I get our company logo and the customer billing and shipping address to print on the packing list?  When I print it, our company name & address prints, but the customer area is blank.  Any suggestions?

Look in the Settings / Printer Options to select what information will be printed.  You need to add your company logo image file to the Pics folder.  There is more information in the Help document about the logo.  It can be logo.jpg or logo.gif.

I have checked the printer option settings and customer, shipping and billing address are checked....nothing prints on the packing list.  As for the logo, it prints fine on the invoice, just not on the packing list.

That is correct.  The logo and shipping address will not print on the packing list, only the receipt.

Can this be changed?  This is a major problem for us.  I can't get any customer name or address to print on the packing slip, they are blank.  We really need the shipping address, since we deliver a large portion of our products.

You can set the format to Receipt to get the logo and customer information to print.

Setting to reciept will print the prices on the invoice.  This will not work for us.  All packing slips I have ever recieved have a customer name and shipping address on them....item quantity and description...no prices.

The invoice list does not print anything in the customer area.  It is completely blank.  We have tried everything, but nothing works >:(

We're going to add the customer address to the "Invoice List".  It will be sent to your email.

Is there any way to also add messages and delivery date to the packing list...our delivery driver only sees the packing list and we use the message feature for special instructions for the driver.

The version 13 you have already prints the customer address and Message on the packing list.
