Have you been using it or was this the first time?
It would be because it didn't have or lost internet access.  it could be the server timed out, your firewall/security software stopped it, the setting.

It is most likely the server settings.  This features requires you understand how your server works and have permission to read/write files to it.

I created FTP account and set 777 for folder?

Were any files uploaded?
If yes, then it could be it timed out?
If no, then it must be username, password, base address, port, etc.. Or, make sure the POS.exe has permission to access the internet on your computer.  Does you server allow ftp's?  Try doing an ftp in something else.

Try using a ftp program to upload the files.
Open the Help window and click on the Database button.  A window will open.  All the WebGen files to upload are located inside the WebGen folder.
