Title: Roll Receipt Not Printing Full Wdith

Setting up a new install of v14. We are using an Epson TM-U220PD with generic text driver. I have set the roll receipt paper width to "3".  When we use our preferred Receipt Style #4, the content prints fine but is only using 2" of the paper width. If we use Receipt Stlye #5 then all 3" are utilized.  Is there a way to have Style# 4 use the full width of the paper roll or is it fixed to only use 2" regardless of available width?  Receipt looks odd with all the white space on the right.

I did a test print with styles #1,4 & 5 it prints the same full 3" width?
In the Settings / Printer Options check the "Paper Roll Width (inches)".

Still not printing full width. Attached are our settings and a sample. Please advise.

What happens if you set the Paper Roll Width to 4"?

Thanks Ronald... changing to 4 inch width did the trick, print now uses full width of available paper.

I'm guessing there is a problem with the reported dpi setting.  Maybe it's wrong in the driver?
