Title: labels printing in error

GRCBar  - V14

How do I stop a register from printing Product Sales Labels? Our label printer is attached to Register 1, but sales from Register 2 keep printing sales labels. The only way I have found to stop it is to pause the printer and then clear it out and restart it if I need to print labels.

Are you using the Sales Labels?  I'm not clear on this.  You can turn them off in the Settings / Printer & Equipment.  Change it to zero copies.

That was it. Not sure how that got changed, but it was set on all registers. Thanks.
