Title: set customer fields to required

I just noticed that this is an added feature in v14.  Where do you access it?  I've been looking all over.

Under the Options tab in the product edit window.

Okay, so it's an option to require a customer name for specific items.  I thought it was maybe an option to require certain fields in the Customer information window to be filled in.
