I've been using a system for customer points that is external to EZ POS.
When a customer accrues enough points, we give a percentage discount on certain items depending on the number of points. When they use a discount, the matching number of points for the discount is deducted from their total points.
Is it possible to configure EZ POS to accomplish this?

ezPower supports two systems. Customers can accumulate points when purchasing products.
1 - redeem the points towards products.
2 - convert the points to store credit.

I made a product with points = 125
Points function on in the Settings / General, “Offer to Redeem Points”.
Picked a customer with points from previous sales (345).
The software did not prompt the cashier to use the points for the product.

These are the steps to use this function.
1 - Open a product in the Edit Window.
2 - Enter the Points you receive when purchasing this item.
3 - Enter the Redeem points needed to get this product for free.
4 - Settings / General, check box for "Offer to Redeem Points"
5 - Note: Customer / Loyalty Points, convert to Store Credit must be all zero for the Redeem option to work.
6 - Sale this item with a customer selected. They will get the points.
7 - Sale the same item (or another item with the Redeem value set) with the same customer. If they have enough points, the redemption window will open.
