Hi,

Does the refund printing? I did -- sale control >> choose ticket >> refund payment but not seeing printing

The regular method to do a return is to start a new sale.
Use the Return function button.
Enter the sales receipt#.
Select the item/s being returned.
After you are done entering the returned function it will add them to the sale as a return.  Now you can optionally add any new purchases to the sale.
Press the Finish button...
