When updating to a newer version what is the process?

If it's just an update then only run the setup. Nothing else is required. For example, updating version 13.3 to 13.xx. But if you are updating version 9 to 13 then you need to transfer your products and other information. You can transfer your inventory using the Product Export and Import in the Product Control window.

Is it true that updates within our current version are free? If so, how do we know is the version we are using is the most current version?

As of March 2014 we are on version 13.7.

I can do the importing and exporting of products but you said "and other info" just how do we do that?

The sales remain in version 9 and do not transfer.
