Title: Waiting for Server Reply Message

Hi Ronald

I have the server version and have been using it for the last 2 years. Recently, I keep getting a message prompt - Waiting for Server Reply, (comes with a SKIP SERVER icon). I have to skip server to carry on accessing the POS. What is the reason for this? What is the consequence if I skip server and carry on? How do I get rid of this message?

You get that message when the server is not replying to the register.  Is the server POS running?  Has there been any changes, like a firewall/virus update?  That can slow things down a lot.  Make sure any virus programs have the POS.exe listed as having full access.
