Hi,
Encountered "No printer" message every time a pos transaction was done. My POS has a printer connected to it. How to remove this prompt ?

Does it say No Default Printer?
Are you printing any receipts?

No it just pop out "No printer". I'm also not printing any receipt, by default i set it to no printing.
But i do have a normal printer set as default. Mainly use for printing report and stock taking and the reporting or stock taking report is working fine.

Open the Settings / Printer & Equipment and make sure all the Copies fields are set to zero.

This is already done but the error still exist .

Also, check the "Sales Label Printer Copies" on the right

Ok manage to get the "Sales Label" copy and set to 0 and problem resolved.
