Z-out on new Win7 crashes system
« on: April 11, 2014, 01:57:28 PM »
Just updated all my old XP's to win 7.  Went through a quick test and all 4 registers freeze and shut down (ezPower only) when you try to z-out.  All my other data seems intact and sales process and finish correctly.  I numbered the computers the same as the old ones?  Any help would be appreciated.

More info:  The main computer didn't change, it was already Win7 and the z-out worked, only the register computers(the 4 new ones) froze.  Also I used one of the old ones (an XP) to clean up some files and it worked fine.  I turned it off so I don't think there was a conflict with two registers with the same number.

I'm on V13.538.

First I'm sending you the current version.  Run this on all your computers.  13.8xx  Luckily I was able to figure out your business name.  On each computer open the Mangers window and use the Tools / View Optimize Points.  Run the Reset z-out.
