Title: Restaurants not Tracking Raw Inventory

I have restaurant accounts not wanting to see the negative numbers for inventory levels that are the result of not having inventory.  (these numbers show in product control but also have implications on some reports.  Is there a way (other than setting the Product as a service item that has no inventory) to either flag the items as non inventory or globally flag that no raw inventory is being done so the depletion of inventory (hence the negative numbers) does not occur?

That is what the Service option is for.  You can reset the inventories to zero in the Product Control window.
