Title: Price Prompt - for Lotto Sale
Post by: JIMMY on March 13, 2016, 05:08:27 PM
Hi need help for lotto sale set up.
Our store are selling lotto tickets, so I have set the retail price as " price prompt", but the question is how can I set up the profit margin?  It looks there is no where I can put profit margin.

For example, I have sold $100.00 lotto to the customer, the lotto margin is 5% means cost will be $95.00 and store only have $5 profit.
Lotto price can be any amount.

Please advise.

best regards

When they buy a lotto ticket for a $100 do they get just one ticket?  Can you create a lotto product that is $1 price and $0.95 cost.  For a $100 purchase enter 100 in the quantity?

YES IN Australia, the lotto ticket is just one ticket no matter how much you spend, can be any amount- from $0.60  up to hundreds thousands.....they have more than 10 different type of games covering from Mon-Sun.

Lotto gives agents separate machine and POS system to run, so we can get individual reports and sales --but only for lotto.

I can duplicate a similar set up for all lotto sale in EZpower....but this will cause double handling ...
