Mercury thinks the account was set up improperly for ezPower. You need to contact them and tell them ezPower does not support "tokenization".

For faster service on weekends send questions by email. It's much faster. Does mercury know the account is for ezPower? I've not seen that message before.

It sounds like you are using the Generic Text driver. You need to set the Paper Source to Cont. Feed - With Break

Try using a "." decimal or a "," comma. If your computer is set to use "," commas then use them. It should use the format your country/computer is set to. If it's not let me know. Set the format for your countries date and currency in the Windows Control Panel / Regional & Language Options.

There is a buy 1 get 1 free and a buy x and get y% off. When you create the product press the Functions tab and then the Discount button.

I need more information. Examine a customers account to see what is wrong. Open the Customer Control window. Select the customer and use the Payment button. In this window you can see all their payments and invoices.

The curency format is controled by Windows.
