We let our customers use terms but when they make a payment it shows up on their reciept but not in their history. What do we need to do to fix this?

The customer balance reports and sales reports will show all their activity. I don't know what you mean by not showing in their history?

When customers with terms come to make a payment on their account, it does not show up that any previous payment has been made.

I still don't know what you mean. Again, all their payments will show up on any customer payment report.
