Sending reports to our cell phone was working just fine - Then one day nothing. What do we have to do to get reports if we are not and don't want to use an app?

It works with any Internet Service. Any device that can access the internet. It is a download. The $19.99 is for one location.

You should see the reports updated.
The subscription status will always be visible in the Remote Report Settings (bottom of window).
